thank you for your response. I set the UNC path and everything worked!
Now I have a other problem with usmt. As i read in the installation guide, i downloaded the .iso, and extracted it. When i try to import it into the mmc, there is an error: "Selected folder does not appaer to be usmt". I'm pretty sure that I have the right .iso because I used the link given in the installation guide: Download The Windows® Automated Installation Kit (AIK) for Windows® 7 from Official Microsoft Download Center.
