It says it does in the release notes (posted above). I do not have any Mac's so unable to do any testing myself.
VMware Horizon View Client for Mac OS X 2.0 includes the following new features:
- Support for multiple monitors - If you use the PCoIP display protocol when accessing a View desktop, you can use up to 2 monitors, with a resolution of up to 2560x1600 per display.
