Welcome to the COmmunity - It is very simple = the virtual switch in an ESXi simply passes the network through to the physical network - so if the VM has an IP on the 10.x.x.x network ti will have the same IP address - on the physical network you will need a router that will be able to route the packets between the 10.x.x.x and the 192.168.x.x networks -
